Radiage® Radio Frequency Resurfacing

Dr. Miranda is pleased to be one of the first in the United States to offer Radiage®, a radio frequency skin resurfacing system, just available from Europe. Radiage® is not a laser, but instead uses radio waves to gently warm the skin and subtly improve fine lines and wrinkles on the face, eyes and hands.

Advantages of Radiage®:

• Little to no recovery time. Patients treated with Radiage® have no pain, and only a small amount of redness for up to approximately 1 day.
• After Radiage® treatement, fine lines and wrinkles are improved and the overall skin tone and quality is improved, resulting in a more youthful appearance.
• Very low risk of complications including burns. Radiage® treatment is not a laser, so the risk of burns is extremely low.
• The use of a cooling gel keeps the patient comfortable and avoids the need for anesthetic injections.
